How to Curly Hair With a Robe Belt – Step by Step
Hair Prep:
Unlike curling your hair with a blow dryer, you don’t need to fully wash your hair before curling your hair with a robe belt. But according to my past experience, slightly damp hair is easier to control and manageable in the process. And the curling results are more defined. So you can spray some water or hair spray on your hair before we start.
After that, Part your hair down the middle and place a long robe belt over the top of your head and make sure the length of each side is equal. If the robe tie is moving around, you can secure the robe on top of your hair with bobby pins. Now, we start getting our hair curled.

1. Choose a side to start on
2. Pick 2-3 inches piece of hair on the front of the robe tie, and wrap the hair around the robe tie by pulling the piece of hair back over the tie.
3. Now, pick another 2-3 inches piece of hair on the back and combine it with the first piece of hair. And we start wrapping the hair around the robe tie to the back again.
